I complain because the cases are very long. I wonder whether they could be edited down a bit. But the great thing about this casebook is the sample problems included. It makes you start thinking about possible exam questions, which is very useful.

I'm a third year law student, so take this for what it's worth. It's a typical case book, but outline the current state of IP law very well. I really enjoyed this book.

Pretty good IP book

Has a lot of good info and cases for introduction into intellectual property. If you really like IP then you will really enjoy this text, others may find it a bit boring.
