I'm aware going into this book that it is considered a bit "dated" even though it's twenty first century. That said, I still think it gives a knowledgeable scope of Japanese Business Culture. The Foreword and Introduction are length and well-backed by academics.
The book itself was in excellent condition and arrived on time. Very happy.
